Return & Cancellation Policy
At Katana Badminton, we design our rackets, shoes, and gear to help you perform at your peak. If something isn’t working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. Customers can return their order within 14 days after delivery with no additional charges, as long as the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all labels, wrapping, and original packaging intact.
- Any products purchased as a set must be returned as a set. Partial returns of a set cannot be processed.
- If the returned products do not meet these conditions, you will be notified. The product will be held for 14 days before being discarded. If you want the returned product back, you must pay Rs. 200 for return shipping within 14 days from the notification date.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns for the following items:
- Rackets with String/Grip Customization (Custom Stringing)
- Wrist Bands
- Shuttlecocks (Nylon or Feather)
- Grips
- Personalized Products (Laser Engraving)

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Return Policy for Sale Period Purchases
1. Non-Returnable Sale Items
All products purchased during any sale, promotion, discount event, flash sale, member-exclusive offer, or limited-time pricing period are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This condition applies regardless of the discount value, duration of the sale, or product category.
2. Exchanges
Items purchased during sale periods are not eligible for exchanges. Requests for size changes, color changes, or product swaps will not be accepted for sale-period purchases.
3. Warranty Exceptions
The only exception to the above clause applies in cases of verified manufacturing defects covered under the respective brand’s warranty policy. Such cases will be processed strictly as per the applicable warranty terms and procedures.
4. Incorrect Product Delivered
If an incorrect product is delivered due to an internal error, the issue will be resolved in accordance with the standard replacement process, provided the item remains unused and in original packaging.
5. Acceptance of Terms
Completing a purchase during a sale period constitutes acceptance of the above conditions. These terms override any general return or exchange provisions for items bought outside sale timelines.

Note: Personalized/Customised (custom stringing) products cannot be canceled once purchased. If you wish to modify your order before shipping, contact us, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, once shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
