You can delete your Katana Badminton account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. No email or phone call needed.

Delete from the app

1. Open the Katana Badminton app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read what will be erased, tick "I understand this cannot be undone", then tap Delete my account and confirm.

You are signed out immediately and the app forgets your details. The store then processes the erasure; this is usually complete within a few days and cannot be reversed.

What is erased

• Your customer account: name, email, phone number, saved addresses and sign-in.
• Your notification registration on our servers, so no further order updates, restock alerts or checkout reminders are sent to this account.
• Favourites, recent searches and recently viewed products stored on your phone.

What is kept

• Orders you have already placed. They are our business records, and Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep invoices for past sales.
• The personal details attached to those orders are erased by Shopify once the legal retention period has passed.

If you cannot use the app

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email Hello@katanabadminton.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and process it within 7 days.

Only want to stop notifications?

You do not need to delete your account. Turn off notifications for Katana Badminton in your phone's Settings, or sign out of the app.
